In a decision handed down on 20 February 2025, a Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission has determined the content of new model terms for enterprise agreements with respect to individual flexibility arrangements, consultation, and dealing with disputes, and new content for the term dealing with disputes about matters arising under copied State instruments.
